The trading division of C & D King Ltd, King Tents, was established in the late 70s by Colin and Diana King. The company initially made tents for a local scout group and has since evolved to become a supplier of canvas bell tents, tipi's, and scout tents designed for luxury camping or 'glamping' in Dorking, Surrey. The second generation, Spencer and his wife Hazel, now lead the day-to-day operations of the company, with the third generation heavily involved in product testing.
