Classes are suitable for everyone whatever your experience. Suitable from 14 weeks to 42 weeks. Whether you're a super bendy yoga bunny or have never even thought about attending a yoga class in your life come and give Daisy Birthing a go. We are able to adapt moves within the class for anyone suffering from SPD/PGP and other pregnancy related conditions. As featured in Practical Parenting, Pregnancy & Birth and Prima Baby! Classes run as a 6 week term and are £72. Classes at: Tuesday at JFS School, Kingsbury, 7.30pm Wednesday at Blackwell Hall, Harrow Weald 8.15pm Thursday at Bernays Memorial Hall Stanmore, 7.30pm Aspire in Stanmore on Sunday 10.15am Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns that you might have.
