Located in the heart of Bournemouth, the gym offers a variety of classes including Brazilian Jiujitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, circuit classes, kettlebell classes, MMA instruction, and a children’s programme. With its prime location near the coastline, Ippon Gym also extends its training outside on sunny days.
