Business Description

Insanity Group offers high intensity 45-minute workouts that utilize Max Interval Training to keep the body working at maximum capacity. Participants work out for just two minutes at a time with a 30-second break, repeating the process for the entire duration. No weights or equipment are required, as the workouts focus on using the body's own weight for resistance. The workouts are designed to push individuals to their limits and are a time-efficient option for those with busy schedules.
