Idea Store Bow

Starting on Tuesday 10 November, Idea Store Bow will be offering a limited service allowing patrons to order books online or by phone and collect them from the store. In response to current safety measures, Idea Stores are currently providing a reduced number of services, including click and collect book borrowing and computer access for essential online services. Only a portion of the building is open, and certain facilities such as toilets, printing, and photocopying are unavailable. Customers can order books in advance using the Click and Collect service, and can return any borrowed items. Computer use is limited to 45 minutes. Idea Stores aim to provide a combination of traditional library and information services with ongoing learning opportunities.
