Hontai Yoshin Ryu Ilfracombe is one of the few remaining authentic koryu or traditional Japanese martial schools, founded in 17th century feudal era Japan by Takagi Oriemon Shigetoshi. The school offers weekly adult-only classes in jujutsu and weapons, including bojutsu, hanbojutsu, kodachijutsu, and iaijutsu.
