Honeywell’s Farm Shop takes pride in supporting the local farming community and providing customers with the finest selection of local produce. The expert buying team, led by Anthony Gornall and Liz Gornall, sources beef and lamb from the Brockholes Arms Auction Mart and directly from local farmers within a 10-mile radius. This small buying chain allows the shop to offer high-quality meat at great value prices, while also building strong relationships with the local farming community. The animals are carefully selected and go live from the auction or farm to the abattoir, and then arrive as whole carcasses to be prepared into fresh meat cuts by the shop's master butchers.
