The Forum aims to challenge religious and political extremism and foster multiculturalism and social justice. Their core message is harmony through dialogue. FOUNDERS & PATRONS The Forum was established in 2009 by Mr Sarup Singh Seehra, the late Mr J S Bains, and former headteacher Mr. Ajit Singh Sat-Bhambra. Their first patron was Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne, and the Forum’s current president is Lord Charles Bruce. WHAT WE DO The Forum hosts annual public seminars and discussion groups on topics related to democratic values and composite culture. They invite academics and experts to debate with each other and an invited audience, with the goal of generating inclusive, free-thinking discussion.
