Massage Therapy by Helen was born out of a passion for learning and a desire to help others. After taking an introductory course in Swedish Massage, Helen quickly realized that she had found her new vocation. She is now a qualified massage therapist offering a range of services including Swedish/Deep Tissue, Remedial & Sports, Acupressure Chair, and Thai Foot Massage. Appointments are available on Sundays at Lavender in Carrick Knowe and weekdays at her Home Therapy Room in Peebles. Helen also offers Pilates, home visits, and services for sports events.
