Following the BSE outbreak in 1996, the farm shifted its focus to supplying home-grown, chemical-free beef, pork, and lamb to meet customer demand. All meat is freshly cut on the premises and packed to customer requirements, and the farm also offers a variety of other local products, including milk, cheese, eggs, jams, and seasonal vegetables.
