Business Description

Cousin's Furniture is a furniture store with the head office and distribution centre located in Dudley, England. Recent reviews suggest that their customer service is unsatisfactory and their deliveries are often unreliable. People have experienced delivery delays of up to nine weeks, missing parts, damaged items and threatening behaviour from a director of the company when raising such issues. Customers have also raised complaints to Trading Standards, the ICO and the local Watchdog due to data misuse and have taken the company to court. Despite progress and service teams seemingly being helpful, it seems the overall attitude of everyone associated with the store leaves much to be desired.
