Hahav is a new volunteer-led charity, Hospice At Home Aberystwyth, that offers community-based end-of-life care to patients in North Ceredigion and the surrounding area. The charity is currently in the final stages of setup and aims to begin helping clients and carers in the first half of 2015. They are raising initial funds and recruiting and training volunteers to provide practical, psychosocial care, and friendship for people with chronic illness needing end of life care.
