Gabeto, Camden Market's newest restaurant, bar, and terrace, is set to open at the beginning of July. The establishment will feature a modern brasserie menu with a mix of British and Latin flavors, created by Head Chef Lee Andrews. In addition to dining areas and a cocktail bar, Gabeto will also offer street food pop-ups on its outside terrace, curated by General Manager Nicol Dwyer. The venue aims to bring the Cuban way of life to Camden, with traditional Cuban food and cocktails in an industrial brick-arch bar adorned with mural paintings and flags.
