Business Description

Forager Ltd is a rural enterprise specializing in gathering and supplying wild food, primarily to the restaurant trade. Their produce includes a variety of wild plants, mushrooms, and fungi, many of which have historical and medicinal significance. Forager's commitment to sustainability is evident in their use of biodiesel and their efforts to minimize carbon emissions. They also emphasize the nutritional benefits of wild plants, which are often richer in nutrients and antioxidants than domestic varieties. With a focus on seasonal, local, and diverse ingredients, Forager is at the forefront of a wild food renaissance in the UK, working closely with modern chefs to create innovative dishes and flavors. They are the leading supplier of wild foods to the UK restaurant trade and have recently launched the world's first online wild food shop.
