The hotel is known for its live entertainment, hosting live music four nights a week and big names in comedy. It is also the proud sponsor of the Rochdale Feel Good festival. The kitchen serves traditional homemade meals using locally sourced ingredients, and the hotel has been included in the Good Beer Guide since 2002.
