The organization works with individuals and groups of all nine protected characteristics, as well as third sector organizations, to develop more inclusive services and care for the population of Fife. FCE's vision is to inspire and enable action that makes Fife a more equal and fair place to live, work, and study, while its mission is to build a collective voice to champion equality, diversity, and inclusion.
