Business Description
Farmison & Co is a modern award-winning online butcher, founded by John Pallagi and Lee Simmonds. The company aims to provide affordable, high-quality meat sourced from small farms in the Dales and Fells of Cumbria and Yorkshire. Their range of meat, including grass-fed and dry-aged beef, is prepared using native breeds of British beef, lamb, and pork for the best flavor. Farmison & Co also works with the Rare Breeds Survival Trust to help preserve agricultural heritage. The company's mission is to encourage people to eat better meat and support Great British farmers.
