Equality Now

The QM Equality in Leadership society is a student-led organization that aims to empower young women to achieve their goals and develop their leadership potential. They provide exclusive access to events and initiatives in the legal profession and beyond, as well as top-class workshops on job applications and soft skills. The society also offers a supportive community for members as they enter the working world and hosts discussions on building a more egalitarian workplace. Membership can be purchased through the Queen Mary Students’ Union website, and the society can be found on Instagram, Twitter, and their website. Their goal is to educate and empower members to become the next generation of professionals who strive to build a diverse, inclusive, and equal workplace.
