Engineers Without Borders UK

Engineers Without Borders UK is an international development organization that focuses on removing barriers to development through engineering. They provide opportunities for young people in the UK to learn about engineering's role in poverty reduction and support partner organizations by providing young engineers to help with their projects. With a network of branches at universities across the UK, professional engineers also get involved to lend their expertise to their work. Their goal is to change how engineering is perceived, taught, and practiced in order to address the world's most pressing problems and ensure equal access to the benefits of engineering.
