St Michael & St Mary Magdalene C Of E Church offers a warm and friendly welcome to all. With a large and active congregation, the church supports a wide range of weekday prayer, study, and action groups, as well as a Junior Church and Youth group. The main act of worship is the Eucharist, with a traditional yet liberal and inclusive approach to social issues and theology. The church has a rich history, with worship on the site for over 1000 years and a rebuilt impressive building dating back to 1867. The Churchyard is part of the “Living Churchyards” scheme and supports rare and unusual flora and fauna. All are welcome to join and make themselves known to the clergy or sidespersons for a warm welcome.
