Business Description
Our classes are designed to improve fitness, stamina, and self-confidence for students of all ages and abilities. We focus on personal self-protection, flexibility, and strength, and our training is based on a specially designed syllabus with the option to complete a system of grading. However, grading is not compulsory. We currently hold classes in Long Riston, Hedon, Preston, and near Hull Uni, and we are open to finding new venues for classes. We are always happy to answer any questions and welcome individuals and families to train with us.
