Their mission is to engage employers of all sizes and sectors in supporting young people to reach their full potential and drive social mobility. The foundation's purpose is to inspire and assist disadvantaged young people in the labor market, as well as support entrepreneurs in developing and growing their businesses. As an independent charity, they work directly with young people, employers, and social entrepreneurs to create pathways to education, employment, and enterprise.
