What is the web address (URL) for Dyke Yaxley Chartered Accountants?
★★★★★My experience with Dyke Yaxley’s Shrewsbury team over the past ten months has been extremely disappointing. As an existing paying client, I expected basic professional standards: replies to correspondence, clear updates and deadlines being met. In my experience, those expectations have not been met.
My dealings during this period involved three directors. Despite that level of involvement, I was repeatedly left chasing responses, progress updates and outstanding work.
The biggest problem is the lack of communication. Emails have repeatedly gone unanswered, multiple follow-ups have been necessary, and the responsibility for chasing progress has consistently fallen on me. I have been left without clear information about where matters stand or when I can expect outstanding work to be completed. Deadlines have been missed without adequate communication or explanation.
This is not a complaint about one slow response or an isolated oversight. It has been a recurring pattern over many months. I am not expecting instant replies, but I should not have to repeatedly chase a professional firm simply to obtain an answer or understand what is happening with work I am paying them to handle.
The experience has left me feeling that my time and business are not valued. I consider the level of communication and customer service I have received unprofessional and unacceptable. It is the worst customer service I have personally experienced from a professional services firm.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dyke Yaxley to anyone looking for responsive accountants who keep their clients informed.
