The Devonshire Courtyard, located in the heart of the city near West Street, offers flats with four to eight bedrooms and shared open plan kitchen and lounge areas. All bedrooms come with an ensuite bathroom and are furnished with a single bed, desk, and wardrobe, with the option of premium rooms with larger beds. The property features a central courtyard with a landscaped garden, a laundry and bike store, and a reception offering support to residents throughout the week. Residents must supply their own bed linen, and the contract is for 44 weeks. Accommodation contracts are with UNITE for Sheffield Hallam University allocated residences, with a £250 damage deposit and mandatory £8 contents insurance. New residents are encouraged to introduce themselves to others prior to arrival in September.
