Business Description
Desborough Sailing Club is a family-friendly RYA affiliated dinghy sailing club located on the River Thames at Shepperton. The club offers regular dinghy racing, family sailing, some cruiser sailing, and is an RYA approved sailing school. Members of all ages and abilities are welcome to enjoy sailing club dinghies, their own dinghies, small sailing cruisers, canoes, kayaks, or SUP's. The club does not have staff, and everything is done by the members, emphasizing participation. The sailing school runs two RYA dinghy sailing courses each year, open to both members and non-members, and welcomes experienced sailors as well as complete beginners. Those interested in trying sailing can get in touch and arrange to come and have a go.
