Business Description

The Cornish Seal Sanctuary is Cornwall’s only seal sanctuary and rescue centre, offering visitors the opportunity to meet and learn about the seal and sea lion characters with their own unique stories. Guests can relax at the on-site café, enjoy the beautiful view of the Helford River, and explore the picturesque woodland walk. The sanctuary also features a pirate play area, quiz trail, and special events for children, as well as a variety of other animal friends including penguins, otters, sheep, goats, and horses. As a charity, the sanctuary is dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating grey seal pups from the Cornish coastline, with over 70 pups rehabilitated each season. Additionally, the sanctuary provides a permanent home for animals in need of special care from their team of marine animal experts.
