Business Description
Compass Project is a not-for-profit social enterprise, run by individuals with a history of drug/alcohol dependency and offending backgrounds, dedicated to supporting its members in their recovery and reintegration into society. The project raises funds through its second-hand stores and restoration workshop, with all proceeds reinvested to help members address behavioral issues and develop work skills. Participants volunteer at the stores, benefiting from a supportive environment and gaining valuable experience for future employment. The project also organizes social events and creative projects to inspire and renew hope for a fulfilling life in sobriety.
