The Dundee Healthy Living Initiative Mission is to promote positive health and wellbeing by delivering health improvement activities identified by local people in areas of deprivation using a community development approach. The Community Health Team provides capacity-building support to local people and practitioners to develop skills and knowledge to improve health and wellbeing in designated communities in the city. It is a partnership between Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership & Dundee City Council's Community Learning and Development service.
