The Colchester Climbing Project was founded by James, Matt, John, and Mike, who are passionate about climbing and wanted to bring a much-needed gym to Essex. In January 2018, their dream came true with the opening of a dedicated bouldering center offering 440M2 of climbing. The project aims to be at the heart of the community, hosting events for local residents to learn about the love of climbing. The founders are available for any questions and look forward to welcoming visitors to the center.
