The Academy is adjacent to the Barry Callebaut factory, allowing for easy access to tours. Distinguished chefs from the UK and Europe with extensive knowledge and expertise in chocolate run the courses. The Academy is passionate about sharing their expertise to expand and fulfill chocolate creativity.
