David and Carl, the founders of Chicken Shop, met at a festival and shared a dream of opening a fried chicken shop that did everything the right way. After years of pop-ups and collaborations in London, they opened Chick 'n Sours in East London, serving up the finest fried chicken and cocktails. Their mission is to change fried chicken for the good, offering free-range chicken fried in British rapeseed oil with nearly zero transfats. The menu includes grilled or fried chicken sandwiches, wings, tenders, and homemade dips, all served in a buzzy, wood-paneled restaurant with pavement seating.
