    Established in 1965 by Max and Anna Nicolaides, Brent House Carvery is a family-run restaurant located at the foot of the Knoll between the villages of Brent Knoll and East Brent. Max, along with his sons Andrew and Matthew, continue to operate the restaurant, offering traditional carvery meals, classic puddings, and local ale in a long-running, family-friendly setting with a garden. Known as a stalwart rural carvery restaurant and bar, Brent House Carvery provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors alike.
