Brecknock Wildlife Trust, a registered charity and membership organization with over 50 years of experience, has been working to protect wildlife habitats and species in the old county of Brecknock (now the southern third of Powys). On 1st April 2018, the Trust merged with the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales. They encourage the public to share their posts and learn about the wildlife in the Brecon Beacons and mid Wales, join as a member or fundraise, and volunteer with them.
