Business Description

Located on Bovingdon High Street, Bovingdon Post Office and Newsagents is a popular landmark. Despite the long-standing presence of the business in the community, customers have reported incredibly poor customer service and rude behavior from staff. In some cases, customers have been refused service despite arriving within the post office's opening hours. Furthermore, customers have been unable to complete their transactions due to the post office's system being updated, which has also prevented some transactions from taking place.
