    Business Description

    Bodywork Company Dance Studios was founded in 1981 by Theresa and Patrick Kerr, both leading professionals in the world of dance and music. The school began as a series of classes in and around Cambridge and a professional touring company, the Bodywork Dance Company. The present building was acquired in 1985 and converted into beautiful dance studios. Bodywork introduced a three year full time course in dance and musical theatre in 1990, which became a registered charity in 1995. The school is accredited by the EFA and CDET and offers a Level 3 BTEC Diploma in Performing Arts alongside the Trinity Musical Theatre qualification. In addition to full time vocational training, Bodywork offers a Theatre School for children and Open/Adult Classes for the community.
