★★★★★Bloors private hire are an absolute joke of a company. We've booked 2 separate taxis on 2 different Mondays to take my partners grandad to Oaklands village and both times they have let someone who has nothing to do with the booking cancel it as she hadnt booked it her self. The first time it left my partner to walk to Oaklands village pushing his grandad in a wheelchair the second time (Today) left my son and his grandad unable to get there. Upon ringing both times they said they could come but would be over 40 mins later than requested as had non available as they had been reassigned dispite us booking well over 24hrs in advance. Wouldn't allow a zero star review☆ Helpful (0)⚐ Report
