The mission of Blighty is to celebrate and improve relationships between the 52 members of the commonwealth. The founding cafe, Blighty UK Cafe, is located in Finsbury Park, London, and the company aims to create 52 cafes representing the culture, cuisine, and coffee of each member of the commonwealth. Blighty is known for its full English offerings and specialty coffee sourced from commonwealth countries.
