Black Boar Knives was founded by John Smith in April 2015 after he became redundant due to health issues caused by a stroke. With over 35 years of experience as a Steel Moulder, he turned his hobby of knife making into a business. Using his knowledge of steel and craftsmanship, he creates bespoke knives and sgian dubh's in his workshop, using recycled materials to reduce his carbon footprint.
