    Bishops Stortford Judokwai, founded in 2002 by GB Olympian John Holliday, is a thriving community club with a reputation for developing national and international medalists. The club caters to all levels and ages, from teaching primary school age children fundamental skills to coaching players on national performance pathways and beyond. All coaches are BJA qualified, DBS checked, and hold First Aid and Child Protection certificates. The club's lead coaches, Joe and Nicole Nunn, are England Talent Programme coaches, former Great Britain international players, and winners of the UK Children's Coach of the Year Award. The club is located in the Herts & Essex Sports Centre, with a purpose-built dojo and facilities. Visitors and new starters are welcome, with free taster sessions for beginners offered on the first class night of each month.
