BearWolf Training

Our Story: BearWolf Training was founded by two personal trainers with the goal of providing fitness solutions to busy individuals. Their clients all lived high-performance lifestyles, juggling long work hours, family commitments, financial responsibilities, and social lives. The founders sought to create a training method that catered to these factors, rather than assuming a one-size-fits-all approach. With a focus on strength coaching, they aim to guide clients towards simple, effective, and exciting training, operating out of the UMAA Fitness Facility.
