BAM - 110 Queen Street Glasgow

The Grade A office and retail development at BAM - 110 Queen Street Glasgow, developed by BAM Properties, will offer a highly sustainable and desirable environment and is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating. The project includes the demolition of an existing multi-storey office building and the construction of an eight-storey office development above a retail floor with a basement car park. The development will provide approximately 105,000 Ft2 net floor area and will improve landscaping, footpaths, services, and infrastructure in Glasgow's city center. BAM will prioritize sourcing local labor and plans to take on 30 apprentices. The project is due for completion in 2015 and has received a Bronze Award from the Considerate Contractors Scheme.
