Back on Track Manchester is a local charity that has been combating poverty and disadvantage in Manchester since 1977. They work with individuals with mental health issues, homelessness, and other vulnerable adults, providing them with the support they need to gain the skills and confidence to make lasting, positive changes in their lives. Their Swan Kitchens catering project has successfully helped 38 people transition from homelessness to paid work since its inception in 2016. As a small charity, every donation to Back on Track makes a significant impact in their mission to support disadvantaged adults in Manchester.
