Ashbourne Kickboxing

Ashbourne Kickboxing offers Junior classes every Tuesday from 5pm to 6pm for ages 5 and up, as well as a Mixed class for both adults and juniors from 8pm to 9pm at the Ashbourne Leisure Centre. The classes aim to improve fitness, build confidence, help with self-discipline, and improve flexibility in a friendly and supportive environment. They are currently offering a special promotion of free boxing gloves, the first month of training, and a trial class. Contact Paul & Ceri to sign up and spread the word about this offer.
