Arbikie Highland Estate Distillery is the first single-estate distillery in Scotland to produce both white and brown spirits using traditional Scotch distilling methods and equipment. They grow, distill, mature, and bottle all on one site, providing exceptional provenance and traceability. Their spirits are copper-pot distilled to ensure the same quality enjoyed by Scotch whisky globally. Their family of super-premium, award-winning spirits includes 'Kirsty's Gin' made with local sea kelp, 'AK's Gin' made from honey and Viscount Wheat, Potato Vodka, and Arbikie Chilli Vodka. The distillery is a sustainable 'Field-to-Bottle' operation and is family-owned, with a history of farming dating back to the 17th Century.
