approachTKD offers Self-Defence seminars, self defence classes and ITF Taekwon-Do instruction for individuals of all skill levels. With over 20 years of teaching experience, the 5th Dan black belt instructor is also qualified in Judo and Approach instruction. They hold BTEC level 3 qualification in Self-Defence instruction, are first aid qualified, Disclosure Scotland registered, and hold BCA Associate Instructor Membership. Currently, they are teaching Taekwon-Do in Kintore as part of the Kintore Taekwon-Do school.
