    The Moseley Railway Trust is a registered charity, operated by volunteers, dedicated to preserving narrow gauge railway equipment. The Trust uses the Apedale Valley Light Railway to showcase the historical use of this equipment in industry. Established in 1969 as an after-school club, the Trust relocated to Apedale in 2006 to build a new railway and museum. The railway will eventually run for about a mile into the Apedale Community Country Park, offering visitors the opportunity to ride vintage locomotives and explore the museum and visitor center.
