Andy Jackson Personal Trainer / School of Tae Kwon-Do

Andy Jackson is a highly qualified personal trainer and Tae Kwon-Do instructor with a Masters Diploma in Personal Training and certifications in various areas such as lower back pain management, obesity and diabetes management, cancer rehabilitation, sports massage, and fitness testing. He also holds qualifications in kettle bell training, suspension training, and power club training. In addition to his personal training services, Andy runs a Tae Kwon-Do school in Northampton, offering classes for both colour belts and black belts throughout the week. His studio provides one-on-one personal training sessions as well as Tae Kwon-Do classes.
