Altrincham Garrick Playhouse Ltd. is an independent amateur theatre located in Altrincham, Cheshire. Founded in 1913, the society has been in operation continually since and offers a state-of-the-art 400-seat proscenium arch theatre, a 50-seat fully equipped studio theatre, and professional front of house services. The theatre stages twelve full-scale productions each season in the main house, as well as smaller scale productions in the studio theatre, and also hosts amateur visiting societies and professional touring productions. Additionally, the Garrick operates a performing arts academy for young people.
