Alphabet Mini Cabs is an unreliable, often abusive, cab service that disregards the safety and comfort of its customers. Reviews describe instances of the dispatcher being rude and even hanging up on customers twice while they were trying to confirm their fare. Other reports allege that the wrong driver arrived to pick customers up and when they asked for an update they were spoken to rudely. Even worse, customers have stated that their vodka fell out of the cab and the controller just said she'd message the driver to return it, however the driver never showed. Alphabet Mini Cabs should be avoided at all costs.
