Access Music is an innovative project based at The Aldingbourne Country Centre in West Sussex, UK. Clients learn communication, technical, and vocational skills in the arts and entertainment industry, using the latest musical equipment to create, record, and promote music. They deliver musical services to the community, including PA hire, discos, live bands, music workshops, recording, relaxation, and sensory experiences. The project aims to empower clients to develop self-confidence and well-being through the therapeutic benefits of music, and has delivered accredited training and been involved with major events such as The Rox Music & Arts Festival and Apulstock. Access Music is a Social Enterprise of the Aldingbournetrust.co.uk, supporting adults with learning disabilities to create and deliver musical services.
